Forum, the Chatroom, or the Job Match System (JMS) - is completely 100%
in your control. You have full access to amend, delete and hide information
from viewers.
When posting jobs and resumes in the JMS our users decide for themselves
how much contact information they wish to display (we have
provided a feature for private communication for those who choose to
hide this information.) Employers will be verified by the Support Staff
here at thejobpit.com
to ensure the legitimacy of the company and the available position.
This then guarantees that ALL jobs within our database are genuine -
and that all employers who are viewing jobseeker resumes will have been verified. JobSeekers
cannot view other JobSeekers information.
All data provided by you is held securely and in confidence by us in
our computerised records. The Job Match system is also encrypted and
held on our secure servers. The only people able to edit, hide or delete
your Resume or Job Vacancy is you - so please keep your Username and
Password safe at all times.
If you are a JobSeeker wishing to post your Resume online at thejobpit.com,
there are several points to note :
You may store your Resume in our database, and not allow it to be searchable.
This means that you can use it to apply for a job online (e.g by the
one-click option), but employers / recruiters will not have access to
search it through our JMS.
Alternatively, you can store it in our database and allow it to be searchable.
If you allow your resume to be searchable, then all recruiters who have
joined up for access to our JMS database product will have access to
your Resume. As stated above every recruiter / employer will be verified
before they get access.
However, thejobpit.com
cannot guarantee that some other third party, such as someone posing
as an employer, will not evade our security measures and gain access
to the database. If you feel that any information provided or your resume,
has been accessed by persons unassociated with your employment search
- then contact the Administration Team here at thejobpit.com

You may remove your Resume or Job Vacancy from our searchable database
at any time.
The
Use Of Cookies
A
