Employer Advertisements

If as an Employer, your advertisement links to another site (your own or a third party), you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove from thejobpit.com any posting which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory or objectionable or will bring TheJobPit Inc into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.

User Submissions

As a User, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. TheJobPit does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users, irrespective of the location of the post, i.e. chatroom, forums, Job Match System, etc. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk. TheJobPit is also not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by any User of communications which allegedly do not conform to the above policies, we WILL investigate the allegation and decide thereafter the necessary actions to be taken, if any.

TheJobPit Inc has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. We also reserve the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating this Agreement or any associated Law, and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

Registration & Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your registration and your ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by the TheJobPit, upon any breach by you of this Agreement.

Unauthorised usage of user profiles, e.g. more than one person using the same login information, or other similar violations of User agreements, will be determined by the Support Staff who track and log all usage of the site. Any Users found to be misusing their membership, will be banned from any further use. No refund will be given to any User who has misused the thejobpit.com website and/or it's services.

The Company's Liability

The Material displayed on this site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Web Site or the Material. The use of the Web Site and the Material is at your own risk.
